Global Village Holiday Fest Vendor Application
The goal of the Global Village Festival is to connect across cultures and highlight the vibrant diversity of PHX by providing a platform for immigrant, refugee, and BIPOC artisans and entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services. If this applies to and your business, please proceed with interest form below.
Event Timing: December 7th, 2024, from 10am to 3pm (Vendor setup begins at 8am)

Vendor Interest Form Details:
-The Global Village Committee must know exactly how your booth will be set up. For example, you must tell us your plan for booth layout, decorations, food standards, etc.
-Any vendor not complying with the requirements will not receive authorization to operate and will be asked to leave the festival if arrangements cannot be made.
-The Global Village Committee reserves the right to accept a limited number of food or retail vendors with similar products and to reject any application and return all fees if applicable.
-By signing this application, you agree to abide by the Maricopa County, State of Arizona and City of Phoenix transaction privilege tax (TPT) and food safety requirements (Business counselors are available to assist with this upon request)
-You agree to allow photographs/video for publicity usage.
-The Global Village Festival will not be responsible for any damages or losses suffered by participants.
-The cost to reserve a vendor space at the event is as follows: Retail: $50 – Food Truck $100
-Payment will be requested upon vendor approval and must be paid no later than November 30th.
-If you have read the above and understand the requirements and agree to abide by them if accepted, then please proceed to complete application.
